I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years now and have never looked back.
When I was 16 I was awarded a scholarship playing football for Charlton Women. My time at Charlton women led me to get stronger in the gym. This is where I found a love for training in the gym and led me to study Sports Science & Personal Training.

I specialize in body fat loss, weight loss, increase muscle gain, strength training & sports specific training.
I love my job and find it very rewarding seeing my clients get results. For me it’s not just about my client getting results its about seeing them grow and enjoying the process.

When it comes to training my clients I aim to get the best out of them, increasing their confidence and pushing them to their limits. Pushing people the extra 10% to ensure they get the best out of their workouts.

Virtual Personal Training Sessions
With more people working from home more than ever I now offer these. If your someone who works from home with limited time or a mum or dad which is home with a baby there’s no excuses to still get a personal trainer that helps get to your goals. ​ Don't be fooled you will still be pushed to your limits with little equipment or none. ​ Online clients will have the chance to add on a 12 week plan which keeps them on track outside personal training sessions.
Your Home Or Local Park Sessions in Kent
Virtual sessions aren't for everyone so I offer face to face sessions locally in Kent. I have a great range of equipment which I bring to every session. You will gain confidence with using new equipment and each session is designed for you with your goal in mind.
